Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us. (Ephesians 3:20)
As we seek to live lives that are worthy of the call set before us, we all realize at some point there is a place where our calling meets God’s supernatural abilities and something extraordinary occurs.
We enter into a holy place where the Word of God becomes truth and experience His immeasurably more power at work in us.
This, my friend, is the place that I want to inspire you to exist in your faith.
It is what I like to think I am doing on a daily basis: choosing to dream big dreams and go after the humanly impossible to watch God “wow” me with what He makes possible.
When I first started working on the vision God had given me for The Link of Cullman County, I learned how to walk out each day trusting God and obeying what He told me to do. In doing so, I often felt like I was living by a mustard seed of faith, but the vision was more than I could do in my own strength. It was only by His will that what He had planted in me could flourish.
Years later, I still apply those two seemingly simple, yet very heavy words in my everyday life. In doing so, I have seen God literally move mountains and do what man said could never be done. He has proven true time and time again…He can do immeasurably more than my wildest dreams.
Oh, if I could leave you with nothing else. May you know this: desire more. Immeasurably more.
He will woo you.
He will take you on adventures to places you never thought possible.
He will change minds, heal hearts, and provide when you think no resources exist.
And as He does, you will see the worth of your calling. That burning thing in your chest that you must do, that you cannot let go of come to fruition. And you’ll know…it wasn’t by your might, but only by His power at work in you.
Don’t Miss a Thing
